Order Processing

Most of our fine jewellery items are made to order. We meticulously hand make each individual piece in our store here in Canada. The time of production can take up to 4 weeks before shipping. If you need to receive your order faster, please contact us and we will try to accommodate. 

Antique jewellery and in stock items will ship within 3 business days.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. 

Shipping within US and Canada

We offer FREE shipping within Canada and US on all orders over $250.  

International Shipping

International shipping can take between 5 to 12 business days to arrive. Shipping windows will be displayed at checkout. We currently do not offer free International shipping.
